1. What is/are your favorite yarn/s to knit with? What fibers do you absolutely *not* like?
I seem to gravitate towards Rowan and Debbie Bliss yarns. I like natural fibers, cotton, wool, cashmere, silk. I'm not into novelty yarns as a general rule nor do I like acrylic yarns or anything too bulky.

2. What do you use to store your needles/hooks in?
I have two gorgeous bags, one I bought the other was a SP8 gift (luv luv it)

3. How long have you been knitting & how did you learn? Would you consider your skill level to be beginner, intermediate or advanced?
I've a terrible memory (blogging motivation) I think about four years, I took some classes at my LYS. intermediate

ylang ylang & verbena

chocolate

I sew a little and draw. I don't spin yet...seriously not enough time or space to try it

8. What kind of music do you like? Can your computer/stereo play MP3s? (if your buddy wants to make you a CD)
I can play MP3s and like happy house, reggae, old 70s, 80s stuff, I think I'm all over the map really just not so much on country or screeching sopranos. I like world music a lot.

9. What's your favorite color(s)? Any colors you just can't stand?
orange is my favorite by far, but I'm huge color lover. yellow is my least favorite color to wear. I'm big on watery colors right now.

10. What is your family situation? Do you have any pets?
husband, son (2 years on the 25th) and two cats

11. Do you wear scarves, hats, mittens or ponchos?
scarves & mittens more than hats & ponchos

12. What is/are your favorite item/s to knit?
scarves, sweaters and toys

urgh, still working on a knit toy and shawl (see No. 17)

circular addis or bamboo straights

eeek almost a year

Thanksgiving for the family warmth and joy & easter cause I love bunnies and chocolate

art & design books and letterpress cards

20. Any books, yarns, needles or patterns out there you are dying to get your hands on? What knitting magazine subscriptions do you have?
I don't have any subscriptions. I have one Rowan magazine (No38) which I think is amazing.

21. Are there any new techniques you'd like to learn?
so many I'd love to try but can't begin anything new right now, too busy!
